Mango and Banana Purée
Mangoes have quite an intense flavour, so when first introducing this fruit to your baby, you may wish to add baby rice and water to make the taste slightly less intense. Bananas are rich in pectin, which aids digestion.

mango
Half of a
banana peeled
water (cooled, boiled) or breast milk/formula, to thin (optional)
Directions
Peel the mango and cut the flesh into cubes.
Whiz the mango and banana with a hand-held blender of in a food processor or blender until smooth. If you want the consistency to be thinner, add a little cooled boiled water, breast milk, or formula.
