Chicken and Peach Dinner
This recipe combines chicken with fruit - a combination that works surprisingly well.
cooked, boneless chicken, chopped
cooked rice (you can use white or brown, but brown is more nutritious)
ripe peach, skinned, stoned and sliced
milk (you can use breast milk/formula if you prefer)
Remove the skin and stone from the peach, then quarter.
Place the peach, chicken, rice and milk into a food processor .
Chop roughly. This recipe is suitable for babies capable of chewing soft lumps.
